WSTIAC's Subject Matter Expert (SME) program pulls together specialists in niche weapon systems technology areas, creating a diverse network of professionals from academia, Department of Defense (DoD), government agencies, research and development (R&D) institutions and industry.

Each year, WSTIAC receives weapons systems related technical inquiries from DoD, its contractors and government. We respond by contacting the SME directly for technical guidance or providing the requestor with point-of-contact information. What's more, up to four hours of this research activity is free.
