TAT Procedure

Statement of Work (SOW): approved by Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and Defense Technology Information Center (DTIC) Information Analysis Center (IAC)/Program Management Office (PMO) for approval.

WSTIAC Contract SOW Applicability: Military Systems and Supporting Equipment Development(para IV.A), Instrument Seeker Test Support(para IV.B) , Analysis of Manufacturing Processes for Conventional and Directed Energy Weapons Systems Developmental Technology Components(para IV.C), Subsystems and Systems Simulation, Modeling, and Analysis(para IV.D), Design and Analysis of Computational Techniques, Databases, and Software/Hardware(para IV.E), Conventional and Directed Energy Weapon Systems Technology Components Analysis(para IV.F), Special Test Equipment and Techniques(para IV.G), Theoretical Performance Computations(para IV.H), Analytical Test Techniques(para IV.I), Component Design Criteria(para IV.J), Operational Serviceability(para IV.K), Environmental Protection(para IV.L), Materials Applications Analysis Specifically Related to Conventional and Directed Energy Weapons Systems Technology Components(para IV.M), Phenomenology(para IV.N).

Military Interdepartmental Procurement Request (MIPR), DD Form 448 are used to initiate tasks and contain the following information:

    1. WSTIAC Contract Number: SPO 700-99-0301
    2. MIPR must be labeled as "reimbursable"
